Overview

A custom dialer-to-CRM workflow uses Python, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript helpers to launch calls, support agents in-session, and sync final call dispositions back to the source record in real time.

Lead outreach teams needed a faster, more connected way to contact prospective students, manage real-time call activity, and keep CRM records updated without relying on manual data entry or disconnected systems.

Solution

A custom Python-based solution was developed using Django-Ninja, RESTful APIs, Salesforce CRM integrations, and JavaScript helpers to create a real-time lead workflow. The system supported outbound phone and email outreach, helped agents during live sessions, and synced final call dispositions back to the source CRM record.
